1. Our Refund Commitment

At IGMsg, we stand behind our product. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, giving you a full two weeks to test the Service risk-free. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund your most recent payment - no questions asked.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our money-back guarantee applies to all new paid subscriptions (Pro and Business plans) under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 14 calendar days of your initial payment
  • The request is for your first paid subscription with us
  • You contact our support team directly through the channels listed below
  • The account has not been previously refunded

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

3. Free Plan

IGMsg offers a free forever plan. There's no trial, no time limit, and no credit card required to use it. You only pay when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan, and every paid plan is protected by the 14-day money-back guarantee above.

4. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions after the initial 14-day period:

  • Monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun
  • You can cancel at any time, and your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • You will not be charged for the next month after cancellation
  • No prorated refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period

5. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • The 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of the initial annual payment
  • After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable
  • If you cancel before renewal, your subscription remains active until the end of the annual term
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., service outages, technical issues preventing use), we may issue prorated refunds at our discretion

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may issue refunds outside our standard policy in cases such as:

  • Extended service outages: If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end
  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription
  • Unauthorized transactions: If someone accessed your payment method without authorization
  • Feature misrepresentation: If a specific feature we advertised does not work as described

7. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after the 14-day money-back period
  • Failure to use the Service during your subscription
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
  • Issues caused by changes to Instagram's platform, policies, or API
  • Account bans or restrictions imposed by Instagram/Meta
  • Partial month usage (we do not issue prorated refunds)
  • Charges more than 6 months old
  • Accounts that have previously received a refund
  • Downgrades to a lower-tier plan (you'll retain access to the higher plan until the end of the billing cycle)

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to billing@igmsg.com within the refund eligibility period
  2. Include the following information:
    • The email address associated with your IGMsg account
    • The date of the charge you want refunded
    • The transaction ID or last 4 digits of the card charged
    • A brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
  3. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with refund details
  5. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

9. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refund processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-15 business days
  • International cards: May take up to 15 business days

If you don't see the refund after the expected timeframe, contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.

10. Account Status After Refund

When a refund is issued:

  • Your paid plan access will be revoked immediately
  • Your account will be downgraded to the free Starter plan
  • Your data (automations, posts, DM logs) will be preserved
  • You can reactivate a paid plan at any time in the future

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider, we kindly ask that you contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Unauthorized chargebacks (filed without first contacting us) may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from the Service
  • Additional fees to cover chargeback costs

12. Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note the difference between cancellation and refund:

  • Cancellation: Stops future charges. Your current subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. You can do this yourself from your account settings.
  • Refund: Returns money already paid. Must be requested and approved by our support team within the eligibility window.

13. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Refund requests will be evaluated based on the policy in effect at the time of the request.
